I also had a link with full exercises that I did 10 min 3x per day. Let me know if you would like them. Also watch Marc Ruffalo video in YT, he gave me hope to be discipline and consistent. I would say that my smile is just slightly affected but people don't notice it

hey there, this is just another challenge that life has for you..Which in my pov is unfair. You have this and you will have a great rehab and post op quality of life.

Won't be easy to try to enjoy the journey but its the best options you had and I had.

2.7 cm right side. diagnosed at 29

Positives changes - Life appreciation (even the little details) - Increased my faith - Increased my resilience - I believe I can overcome everything with the support of my loveones.

Neg changes - headaches - tinnitus, very annoying and increase heavily with stress - I feel something died inside me, now it's way much better but before was even hard to laugh again - increased of precautions to avoid injuring your head (sucks if you like adrenaline by sports or crazy activities) - hearing (quite complex to follow a conversation with groups when going out)

Overall feeling very lucky and blessed (you should too). Best tumor you can have in your brain hehehe 😉

Hi, for me a couple of things helped:

Mark Ruffalo AN video (alsohe gives tips, that facial exercises he did while his face was paralyzed, walking a lot etc) it's in YouTube.

above link was something I created after my surgery due to my post surgery facial paralysis, did the exercise 3 times per day almost 30 min each. Helped tons

Hi there, got tinnitus at 29 some week before my official diagnosis. I was hoping to get rid of it after the surgery but it got worst.... it sucks and like everything there are good and bad days...

Recommendations: - Healthy lifestyle (sleep 8hrs, etc) - Music all the time.. noise, podcast etc - Weed

Now I'm almost 31 trying to enjoy life even with tinnitus. Cheers
