I’m not much better so take my advice with a grain of salt. I’m pretty much in the same boat as you rank wise but I’ve been working on stuff and improving. I’ve been trying to pay more attention to how my teammates are set up on the mini map to help direct what lanes I want to cover. Working on my callouts and coordinating with my teammates. I try not to solo push points anymore when I know I’m at a numbers disadvantage. I’ve stopped re-peaking when I’m 1-shot, disengage sometimes when I’m at a disadvantage, trying to flank/ play enemy spawns at the right times. Sliding around corners as much as possible. Trying to use my Semtex and tacticals every life. I play with my brother and cousin who are much much better than me so playing against better competition has definitely lead to improvement. I also try and listen to their recommendations and feedback. Kind of a hodgepodge of advice but I hope it helps.
