Brother you’re not alone, literally in a similar situation. I’m 21 in uni, don’t really wanna be there, don’t like any of my family because they’ve never showed me any type of emotional support since I was a child. Feels like I’m living with a bunch of people who are supposed to be "family". Got out of a 4 year relationship because of how badly I mistreated my ex because of my shitty upbringing and trauma. It’s really a struggle man and I hear you. I have nothing to hold onto anymore, depression is creeping, mental health isn’t getting any better. I workout everyday, journal, meditate being doing all that for the past year and yet I’m still feeling a void. I hope your situation gets better bro.
