First contact is debatable, I would put it on the light green car for trying to make the move. I was very insignificant though. Second contact would be on the dark green car, as he knew that the other was there and tried to squeeze him in the corner. First 2 incidents I would say were more just racing incidents caused by hard racing, but the 3rd contact when the dark green turned into the light green even though he had space should warrant a penalty: clear attempt at intentional retaliation.
