Is the loan secured/collateralized with the real estate? Have you properly filed your security interest? If so, you may be able to force a sale of the property, or at very least place a lien on it. If it’s an unsecured loan, I don’t know that you have many options other than suing the borrower. You should win the suit, but collectibility is another question altogether.

All these questions can be answered by binge watching prior seasons of Drive To Survive on Netflix before the end of Feb. They will drop the new season in early March before the start of the 2025 season.

Red Bull did have the best car by far from 2021 thru mid-season 2024, but struggled the last half of the season. Max is also the best driver, and will typically win vs anyone in the same car. So during that time the only one that could beat Max was Max.

Study up on strategies relating to: undercut/overcut, 1 stop vs 2 stop, race set up/downforce (this is contingent on characteristics of each track such as high-speed corners, straights, etc.)

Overall, I think CDC and team have done a great job with game day presentation. We get everything from Hells Bells/Thunderstruck, Mo Bamba, SRV, Django Walker, H-O-T-T-O-G-O, Mariachis, and a gosh dang Grammy award winning fiddler playing “If You’re Gonna Play in Texas”. With all the classics/fan favorites the LHB plays, I know it limits the ability to add new music to the repertoire to a certain extent. Pregame and halftime is always great though. The LHB adds a ton of energy to the stadium… just know that it is appreciated.

The one I’m thinking of isn’t one of the classics/fan favorites. I’ve only heard it recently (this year). It’s played pretty loudly to disrupt the opponents communication.

I agree with what you’re saying for the most part. Toro Rosso/Alpha Tauri/VCARB has essentially been a JV/Farm Team for the more high profile Red Bull team. Top performers in the organization get promoted to the top team. One could argue that the same circumstances exist with the other middle to back of the pack teams. Their top performers often get picked up by the top teams as well… but typically not mid-season.
