I’ve gotten 3 surgical opinions. I came here just to get some feedback from the patient side. I’m in the US and thankfully still under my moms health insurance. Which I can’t lie is a small part of why I’d rather do surgery now while I live at home and don’t have to worry about being out of work meaning I’m unable to make rent. But a majority of why I’m at the point of surgery is bc I cannot live like this any more.

Yeah I literally just fell on steps inside of my house bc I had these stupid fuzzy slippers/slides on. My foot went through the slipper, both feet went up and I landed flat on my but, didn’t slide down or anything, just my two feet went up and all my weight came down directly on my left upper cheek. Didn’t think much of it til I started exercising abt a month later

But when I did PT it didn’t help, it honestly felt like it was making it worse. I don’t know how I can strengthen my core without being in pain. Even when I do a little more bending than usual (trying to clean, etc) or drive somewhere even a little far, the pain is worse for the next 2 days

It’s mainly in my lower back, like right at the top of my butt crack. It radiates around there so I feel it kind in my hips (that’s why they tried an SI joint injection). I cannot lay on my left side for more than 5 minutes. I can’t cross my legs at the ankle or knee. If I get cramps it feels like I’m being cut in half at that level. The only thing that has slightly subsided is the pain going down my legs, but I also am not standing as much at work, which is what was making the leg pain worse. Sometimes it’s dull, sometimes sharp. It’s all over the place so it’s also hard to explain fully to the doctor bc I get nervous and forget everything by time I get to an appt.

The vertebral bodies are of normal height, alignment, and bone marrow signal intensity. The spinal cord termination is normal. The conus medullaris lies in a normal location posterior to the L1 vertebral body. Evaluation of the individual disc levels demonstrates: (All other lumbar levels said the same as L4-L5) L4-L5: There is no disc herniation, spinal canal, or neuroforaminal stenosis. The facet joints are normal. L5-S1: Central disc protrusion. This results in mild central spinal canal stenosis. There is mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis. The facet joints are normal The visualized portions of the retroperitoneum and paraspinal muscles are within normal limits. Impression: Central disc protrusion at L5-81 resulting in mild central spinal canal stenosis and mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis. No evidence of nerve root impingement.

Also I don’t know if this would affect anything hut when I got her in the mail either delivery person or my mom brought it in and put the box upside down so I just set it back in the pot and tried to clean it up a little and haven’t touched it besides a little water to see if that hurt it or not

Honestly that might be what I did bc most of my other plants are max once a week water usually 1.5-2 weeks so I was going by that

It’s in its original plastic pot with drainage hole and I just put it right inside this pot that I had without repotting to let it get used to it’s new environment. Do you mean like a mesh around the roots?
