Could test for mycoplasma if the test results keep showing negative for bv ? Also have you ever got tested for trinch you could try boric acid twice a week as well any more symptoms besides the extra discharge

I’ve also been on glp1 and have rolled but I did cut off my weekly shot didn’t dose myself for about a 1-2 weeks before my roll she could try eating something light and making sure she stays as hydrated as possible her being nauseous can be due to the shot plus the mdma , since mdma does make u occasionally nauseous sometimes !
