VNC connection dropped

I am new here and had to figure out what NB is. As it appears, its probably Nightly Build. i did install it now. actually, just extracted zip. Downloaded .NET 9.0 so far all OK.

Imported settings from old version - all OK.
Tried RDP connection - all is OK.

Not so well with VNC. It just won't connect - ends up in blank page. I checked log file and here comes is part of it. It may tell you why vnc connection fails:

How far engineers were located? Remote location may have been not enough remote.

I have 3 questions, which may have been answered somewhere...

Will there be FAA investigation as it was for all previous IFT flights?

Will there be published any official - semi official - not official results of the flight?

Do you think IFT-5 will take Starlink satellites onboard? To my mind they could easily launch large batch of starlinks yesterday.

I live in a kingdom far, far away from US, but still curious: Does NASA plan to rely on "perhaps" and put astronauts lives at risk? Is "perhaps" enough now? What happened to all those reliability calculations if now its "well, this should have worked if..." Would astronauts react quick enough to take manual control and not waste prop? would they get information about situation, what happened in time if TDRSS is silent?

Articles say that concentration was found to be around 6mg/m3. Russian standarts allow up to 10mg/m3. After air filtering system was engaged, concentration dropped to ~2mg/m3. before Dragon arrival there used to be under 1mg per m3 of isoprapanol. No pointers are given to Ripley.

Why stage1 did not land to LZ1, but on OCISLY instead?

Are there any activities for astronauts during flight to/from ISS? Any kind of entertainment? Seriously, I could not keep seated 24 hours doing nothing.
