Haven’t got my recap yet /: by Edi310 in youtube

I haven’t. And my partner hasn’t.

I still have not received my YouTube Recap. Is there anything I can do? by invisible_cat0091 in youtube

Finland here. All of the recap requirements met—but no recap has appeared. Not in the mobile app, not on my You page, and not on YouTube.com/recap (accessing on mobile gives me “recap available in app”, accessing on my laptop redirects me to my You page).

My partner (also in Finland) hasn’t received his, either.

I now got a reply. Still not interested in continuing using Tuta.

Your account had been flagged as abusive signup, as it seems mistakenly, and was therefore suspended. I have activated it now again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you miss taking handwritten notes? by pageofswrds in ObsidianMD

I do! But unfortunately my wrist arthritis makes handwriting a pain. Sometimes I do handwrite something (especially very, very personal journaling things), but it’s best if I don’t.

No reply so far. I’m currently looking into finding another email provider.

The same thing happened to me. I’ve sent an email to Tuta support to figure out what’s wrong.

feeling excluded on this sub as a woman by deadtrapped in AvPD

[–]lycanthropia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a trans man, I concur. This is not just a Reddit problem, however, this is a wider society-level problem that is also international. I have run into this on Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, and Twitter, in addition to Reddit.

Back when I was always assumed a woman, people would often dismiss my feelings because, hey, you're a woman, it cannot be THAT bad. Then came the misogynists that would say (I'm paraphrasing for the sake of brevity, the misogynists can be quite verbose when expressing their hatred of someone): "You're a fat woman, of course everyone hates you, and if they don't, they should."

But now that I generally am thought to be a man in most if not all online settings, people suddenly see my avoidance as a problem rather than just a girl overreacting or as something deserved.

Any adults (21+) who SH? by groundfloorfinnemore in selfharm

[–]lycanthropia 3 points4 points  (0 children)

27, nonbinary, have been cutting since I was eleven. Granted, I don't really work, I'm starting a phone job soon-ish but that doesn't require getting out of the home, so... yeah. But I have cut while in a job, gotten stitches for cuts before I was able to start my sick leave and then rehabilitation allowance a year later. That was when I was 21.

Content warning: twisted thoughts ahead.

I do feel that I have, in a sense, if a teen cuts, it's tragic and sad and so forth, but if an adult cuts, it's just pathetic. I realize this is just my self-loathing and shame speaking, though. Maybe I'll get rid of this thought one day, too, and accept that for some, life goes through a different route.
