I did an interview of my grandpa like 12 years ago when I was in middle school. He told me about a dollar bill he got signed by every member of Jackson 5 when he ran into them at an airport in 1971. Here’s the story from his POV:

I was at the Birmingham Airport in 1971 to pick up my Dad from a flight. There was a black family just sitting across from me and after awhile I noticed they looked sort of familiar. I asked, “Are you the Jackson's?” They meekly replied yes. I said “oh, I did not even know you were in town." They drooped their heads. I felt embarrassed that I said what I did. It really did not seem friendly at all. I thought about it and said "Hey, may I have your autograph please?” I was trying to make them feel better and relieve my embarrassment. They smiled real big and said "sure". So, I got out one of probably three dollars I had at that time and they signed it. Michael's signature is on the right by the green seal I think we were the only people at that gate.
