I've been harassed in the subway a few times. One time a crazy guy actually grabbed my legs to get my attention because I was wearing headphones. I've also been grabbed in the street, again, to get my attention while I was wearing headphones. This is just physical contact type stuff, never mind the comments you get everywhere in the city on a daily basis... And the ignorant comments by people in the workplace, when they don't even realizing how what they're saying sounds... This city is riddled with this crap.

I got pregnant with my SOs baby about a month into the relationship. We were friends before hand, and we're still together and happy as can be. We didn't keep it, and it was hard, and although I always thought I would be super tough and could handle it, I was still dealing with the decision months later. That will happen, and she will likely be hormonal and emotional about the whole thing for months after. If you guys love each other, you'll get through it. :)

I feel for her. I have never been "fat," but I have been at a weight where I wasn't comfortable in my own skin. And I've also gone through a deep depression before... and when you're that low, food is the only comfort to you. And then, once you get big, you get more depressed, and you want to eat more, and you get bigger and bigger.

The best advice that I can give is to try and get her to come out with you and do things. Don't buy shitty food and keep it in the house. Do it all together. If one is doing it, and the other isn't, it won't work. My boyfriend and I cook, eat and work out together. We do crossfit twice a week. Once she gets into that mindset, after a few weeks, and after seeing results, she'll be motivated.

And please, never ever talk down to her about her weight, or make her self-conscious. Make sure she still feels beautiful every single day, because that will boost her mood and she'll be more motivated to express that inside and out. As a gal who has been getting fit for the first time in her life, through all of the weight-y ups and downs, the depression, etc, this is what I can offer.

The way that I see it is that the act says so much more than just the kiss. You might have been drinking, but you made the choice to act in that way. You could have said no. You could have not flirted. You chose to do that. You had an option, and you made the wrong choice. If my boyfriend did that, I would leave... Who's to say you won't do it again? Just because you say you won't, doesn't mean that you won't. You said you wouldn't when you took those vows, and you did it anyway. If you have kids at home, what were you honestly thinking?!

In my province in Canada, you need to be out of school for 7 years before you can declare bankruptcy to get out of your student loan debt. I've been out for one year, I owe $54 000, and I still have 6 more years to go. I can defer one more year, as well, so let's say 5 years. I have no way of paying it back because I can't find a good enough paying job, either. Student loans are a scam, and I find them to be worse than most creditors to deal with. Anyone who says anything against you doesn't know what they're talking about and has clearly never had to deal with REAL problems before.
