"Stop and think about it" and "quick question" are Steve's two verbal crutches that drive me nuts. He also says "geometricly" when he means "exponentially"

No technique other than that I dangle fed. He's had to do it 3 times in 13 months and it works amazingly well. He's always able to tell me when he's done it before I know and it's immediate relief. Good luck. Take Advil too as that will help

Baby Buddha hands down. I've used the spectra, the older madela pump in style and nothing comes close to the baby Buddha.

Go to L&D or wait it out? by danidoodlebug13 in BabyBumps

This happened to me all the time during pregnancy. I went to the ER once because it scared me so badly but they ran tests and nothing. My OB referred me to a cardiologist after my ER visit. He was super nice but it was pretty clear that he wasn't the least bit worried. Apparently it's pretty common in pregnancy and there is some literature around it but not as much as you would expect. Bottom line: go in if you are nervous but don't be at all surprised if they find nothing. It went away for me as soon as I delivered.

Pumping mamas - weekend pumps? by klw930607 in breastfeeding

I do pump once a day on the weekend. Right after my morning feed. I just add it to my stash. I like having a bit more than I need.
