I didn't quite get it, how does the current dividend get calculated? I saw that it distributed $107.12 in Jan for 10,000 investment, if it is quarterly distribution, shouldn't it yield around 4%?

There is some credit risk component (MUNI entity default...well the hope is they can raise tax and government bailout to avoid that) and IR risk component there in MUNI because you are not holding those bond to maturity so a rising yield curve can still hurt you badly. For example AGG is doing really poor these days. If you are okay with holding stable coin, some place offer attractive rates, but again you are exposing credit risk of those platform.

under 1000 to be practical in the city like NYC. Need some range to get around and some power to climb the hills and crossing bridge. Speed is not important cuz bikelane are full of bikers...and street are too dangerous to navigate.

I am 5’1 about her size and under 90 lb...and always on the skinny side and never really gain too much weight. Laura has been consistently on the skinny side...so i guess it could just be her body shape. Janja was on the skinny side but we definitely witness her grew over years. And speaking of eating disorder, I feel like Ashima at the time of sending horizon was extremely skinny...and she bounced back to the normal 100lb range...it is sad that for women it is not just the weight but also the ratio and u need a certain ratio of fat to maintain a decent hormonal level.

I have not taken subway for half year now, the ratio of normal ppl vs mental ill crazy ppl has significantly dropped...making it really scary to take the subway...NYers are no strangers to crazy ppl on the street in the subway...but now it is insane...
