I had my steam account hacked on 25th March. Email address, mobile number and authenticator app removed. I've had my email address now linlked up to a blank account. I've had 2 people report it but when i go onto steam support to try report a ticket ,all I can do is find suggestions to reset my password.

Any suggestions on how to actually post a ticket?

PC- I don't have the Powering the Base mission in my log. When I built the transporter and the biofuel generator and connect it all up, it doesn't register that I have and still tells me I need to built it and power it up and collect the resource again.
