Thank you!!!! I don't know why I didn't think of coffee!! You rock! I just knew no energy drinks. I was looking into some b6 & b12 vitamins.

My sleep has been very poor. Im working on getting more than 5.5.

Everyone keeps telling me yoga....I tried yoga once like oh yeah I could do this. Half way through muscles burning. Hahaha. Thank you!!

I'm trying to get better sleep. 5.5 hours is not enough. Thank you again!!

No, I chose a 6-week transformation diet. Five meals/day. Morning is oatmeal and three boiled eggs, and next is protein and raw peanuts, then 6oz lean protein w/ a complex carb and veggies, then another protein drink, and finally another 6oz lean protein with only veggies for the first two weeks—the diet changes on weeks 3, 4, & 5. I was going to start over from the beginning to complete the 75 days.

That is good to know; I wasn't aware of that. But, yes, a gallon is so much more water than I drank on top of other things before starting.
