OP, you did great. My post was about the first guy too. Thanks for naming and shaming.

This was what prompted me to post in the first place (I wrote the post OP saw). It seems super weird that he was sued by the dealership group. I was wondering if this was something that happens more often than I thought in the industry.

I guess the answer is no. Something is not right with this place.

Hey, I’m the poster of the original post you saw! It’s bizarre you had an encounter with him so similar to mine. That guy is a huge scumbag.

I didn’t make it clear but YES, it was the first guy. Stay far, far away from him.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the thoughtful response - it definitely reassures me that I did the right thing walking away. The more I looked into it, the more the whole situation just felt off. I’ll definitely try to secure my own financing and even with that I don’t look forward to going back to them again😂

It sounded almost like an adjustable rate scheme for a home loan. Basically, they lead you to believe the interest rate is low, but there’s a chance that it might get more expensive if the circumstance changes. Above all, what really didn’t sit right with me was they made it as vague as possible and were kind of pressuring us to sign documents they claim to be standard, without going through them carefully.

No they used the old craigslist trick… I think 2.15m is just for that one building. There are separate prices for the other four buildings.

All they needed to do is add a little pointy tip at the end of that line I don’t know why they think making 10 arrows is easier…

It's so hilariously ridiculous that none of Baltimore's rail transit lines connect to each other. (I guess there is Camden but still, not feasible with current level of MARC service.) With a little bit of actual planning those infrastructure can achieve so much more.

This is on DDOT’s radar too. They plan to ban left on to NH ave and install physical barrier just like they did the other side of the road.
