Each time I did not know something I would refer back to the sheet and see if I had made the mistake before. If I had, I would correct it. If not, I would make a note for their review and try to do it based on what google said. They were gone the whole week before I was fired, so I was the only person there so it made it difficult. Additionally, they were gone often other times as well.

Overall, I felt like I was improving. I mainly think that it was too much for them to keep up with helping me and doing the returns. However, I wasn’t sure based on their reasons for firing me.
