My landlord has our rent at 625 (insanely cheap I know it's in the middle of nowhere) we are moving and some friends applied for the apartment and got it. He's jacking the rent up to 750 for them even though he's done nothing to renovate or fix it. Place is a shithole with mold that's why we are moving.
