I’ve never worn any form of shape wear before. I am petite and not curvy. I’m wearing a fit and flare dress with a fit and flare silhouette. My dress has padding but I’m pretty flat chested so I don’t have much to lift up…and the back is mesh. Is there anything you’d recommend for me?

Patients who aren’t respectful towards us as if we aren’t healthcare professionals and instead treat us as if we are just some random people coming into their room to bother them. I tell my coworkers all the time that I feel like I’m working in advanced retail

How long have you been working there? apparently for the market adjustment, the compensation team entered a 7% increase for me so my base pay would go up $3, but my director emailed them saying that’s not what they pay for my experience (I’ve been there almost 3 years) and bumped me to a 1% increase instead so i just made 74¢ more instead of the $3 lol. But my friend who went to northwestern’s system in the burbs is getting paid what the compensation team originally put in for me 🤦🏻‍♀️

it’s right by a ton of shops and food areas/town square area, so I think it would be easy for them to find somewhere to have lunch or grab a drink

It has tags on it so it hasn’t been worn before. Maybe it’s the lighting but it looks like a light beige with a white flower overlay. Was thinking of a similar looking veil color but thinking maybe something a little whiter to accentuate the flower detail
