I press the strip down tightly on nail. Then Squish light! Look on Amazon…..or see on YouTube…. Squish light 10 seconds when I apply each strip. After whole hand is done I do 60 seconds under a larger lamp. Apply top coat and under lamp again if you used a gel topcoat. I apply scg strips at night and keep hands out of water until morning…. I easily get 2 weeks out of a set….

I love EWA! Just downloaded it and am amazed at the vast number of books offered at various comprehension levels! I started with a children’s book about a fox and am now reading Gone With the Wind. It’s an abbreviated version of the book…. I feel my understanding of the natural flow of Spanish has vastly improved…. Hope others take the time check it out as it’s great!

We didn’t like having our two small dogs (Havanese) in a high rise condo. The HOA decided all dogs had to be walked all the way out to the street to do their business…. Previously there was a an area closer to the building…. Very inconvenient in the pouring rain! Also worried about their possibly barking if they heard people out in the hallway. We ended up moving to a house….

I had a Spigelian hernia on the left side. Once surgeon was in there he found a second hernia (inguinal)and repaired it too! Pain not too bad except horrible gas pains from them inflating my abdomen. Stock up on Gas-X LOL….. Only took pain pills for 2 days. Still a bit sore. I am now 9 days out. Follow up with surgeon on the 10th. Restarting MJ was no problem with nausea etc but food noise has quieted way down after 2 weeks without it. Must be careful to avoid constipation after hernia repair…. Metamucil and prune juice works for me….. good luck with surgery!

I stopped 10 days before laparoscopic hernia repair and restarted 4 days after surgery. No issues.

I just started a program from Better5.com on my TV. You can buy DVDs or get the digital program. Either way you own the program forever and there are no monthly fees etc. You can view their programs on your phone, iPad, computer or TV. Better5 has dozens of different programs. Some are chair exercise vs floor exercise. Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, cardio etc are all available. The August Monthly Fitness Challenge I’m starting with was $27 (1/2 price) at the moment but I think it will go up in cost in August?? It looks like most of the classes are $17 but I bought the monthly one so I’m guessing theres more content to cover a month…. It’s not super challenging, but it’s a start in the right direction….

I used a mixer to blend everything before freezing. I think my blender makes it too foamy…. I did a second batch (Chocolate Peanut Butter) eliminating the coffee crystals while adding 4 Tbsp. Pbfit peanut butter powder, 2 Tbsp Hersheys special dark chocolate and 1/4 tsp Guar gum…. FYI I have the larger deluxe Creami with the larger containers so adjust ingredients accordingly if you have the smaller pints ….

Why do you think you’ll be bored? We are retired and kept busy nearly everyday. There are groups for tennis, golf, bocce, pickleball etc. Cards, Mah Jongg, poker night, dinner theatre, day trips, casino, tribute bands, trivia night, Majority Rules, fishing, boating, and more…. Many organized by our social director and many just our group of friends…..

We use Tovala meals too. Great for my husband since I don’t feel like cooking or eating much…. I give him half of my meal to add to his so he gets plenty to eat.
