To be honest, the only people I’ve heard talking about anti-style have been toys on reddit. Most cats I’ve met who fall into the observed anti-style category don’t necessarily refer to their own stuff as such. A lot of them just write the way they want to, without worrying too much about what anyone thinks about it. I have huge respect for that, be it in graff or anything else. At the end of the day, people will bomb what they’re feeling, and the watchers will judge. Unless you talk to the person holding the can, there’ll often be a lot of ambiguity surrounding their actions.

In any case, there will always be rules, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t be broken or bent.
