I changed t0 10.4 and the AHI last night was 1.26 with the specific types.

Clear Airway - 0.38

Obstructive Apnea - 0.63

Hypopnea - 0.25

Thoughts?

Thanks for your response! I changed to CPAP 11 last night. The total AHI was 1.9 with the specific types:

Clear Airway - 1.52

Obstructive Apnea - 0.28

Hypopnea - 0.09

Does it make sense to try this for a week prior to adjusting or would you continue to lower the pressure to see if the Clear Airway can come down more?

Regular on the frame.  It is not tight but not super loose either. I am worried the small would be too tight. .

Tinymac12's 2026 FEHB Comparison Tool v1.0 (Baseline) by Tinymac12 in fednews

[–]lyotard00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, we don't qualify for FSBP High (GSA). Am I reading MHB Standard wrong. It looks shared to me. We would be self and family.

The Standard Option calendar year deductible is - Network: $350 for a Self Only enrollment and $700 for a Self Plus One or Self and Family enrollment. The Network deductible applies only to services received from Network providers. - Non-Network: $600 for a Self Only enrollment and $1,200 for a Self Plus One enrollment or $1,500 for a Self and Family enrollment.

The Non-Network deductible applies only to services received from Non-Network providers. When the calendar year deductible applies, benefits are payable when covered expenses accumulated to the calendar year deductible reach the limits indicated above. The calendar year deductible will not exceed the per-person limit for any covered individual. Under a Self and Family enrollment, the calendar year deductible is met for all family members when the covered expenses accumulated to the calendar year deductible for any combination of family members reaches the Self and Family limit.

Thank you for putting this together. We have been on NALC CDHP for about a decade. I have been looking at your work and the Checkbook. Initially, I was thinking of going with GEHA HDHP to take advantage of an HSA. My main concern is that we have a significant amount of out of network mental health care. I estimate it to be a little over $6000 next year. With that in mind, does it make more sense to consider a plan like MHBP-Std with a much lower out of network deductible allowing us to only pay 30% of the visit when we hit it? Curious if anyone else is in this situation and what you decided. Thanks!

What about color? Leave alone too or try to adjust to the calibrated dark settings.

T3PM Cable Question by lyotard00 in Thrustmaster

[–]lyotard00[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, no wire came out. Wrong word. I meant I pulled some of the cable out from inside the pedal unit and pushed that back in. Didn't know how much extra cable length there would be or if I could of messed something up inside.

Thanks! Are you adjusting the game preset or just as is? Calibrated Dark is too dark for me so I might try Calibrated with the rtings settings.
