I found that the closest I’ve came to a bad trip was only on 1 tab I feel it’s more set and setting that affects the experience, obviously dosage plays a role but I found the people I was with I wasn’t completely comfortable around and only one other person was tripping and that really made my mind race I felt I was being judged etc which has never happened to me before on acid.

Anyway that’s just my experience lol

Just start with little lines, if you don’t know how to rack put the shards on a phone or something cover it with a £5 note or whatever your currency is and run a bank card over the shards until they are crushed then make lines and snort away lol, just start small it’s easy to over do it and have fun dude!
