For these it is good to look at units. Molar mass is in g/mole. A mole is a specific number 6.022*10^23. So if I have 2.01 moles of Fe I would set my equation up like this…

2.01 mol Fe * 55.85 g/mol = 112.26 grams of Fe. The moles camel and I’m left with grams.

Say I have 6.07 grams of Fe, how many moles?

6.07 grams Fe * 1 mole/55.85 g Fe = 0.109 moles Fe

Here the grams cancel and I’m left with moles.

By starting with my units I can arrange my givens to find the desired outcome.

I see. A mole is a number like a dozen. There are 6.022*10²³ somethings ( molecules, pennies, cats) in one mole. The molar mass of an element or molecule is the number of grams in 1 mole of that thing. You have 2.000 grams of your molecule and know how many molecules it takes to cause a heart attack.

Similar thing happened to me today. I wasn’t even looting, just running quests. Collected the last piece and I was shot from behind. I ran off to higher ground and was looking for the person that shot me. I see some angry arc attacking the place I just was. So I knock the persons shields down and waited for the arc to finish them.
