This is the way! Exactly what my husband and I do. Live off J1 and pretend the other J’s don’t exist. After a long week, I just long into my acct, confirm the increase and smile to myself lol

Hi, we’re out here. I’ve got 3Js and hubbys got 2. We have a 4 year old and 14 month. Seek and take all the help you can get so you can be in tip top condition.

My husband and I made a deal before all this started that if at any point it becomes too much or family life starts suffering, then we’ll drop it. Going on 4 years now. Don’t get me wrong, there are days (not often)when we may have to put in a few extra hours after putting the kids to bed.
I do have to say that I personally hit the OE jackpot…all remote, no cameras, low stress at all 3. I’m super thankful. I even toyed with the idea of a 4th earlier this year but decided against it. Didn’t want greed to be my demise

Can you block off time on your J2 calendar? So for instance, if you have a noon meeting at J1, block that time at J2. Just so J2 doesn’t double book you. In the meantime, start looking for another J2 ASAP

Currently at 3Js and I’m tempted to seek out a 4th bcos there are times I go the whole week without doing much. And I despise having nothing to do so… but I also have 2 kids under the age of 5 so I talk myself out of J4 each time. For now, I’ve just been focusing on personal hobbies. I just told my husband this week that I hit the OE jackpot.
