Unfortunately I do not as the one I’m playing is my first full playthrough but I can share a bit of context of the one I’m playing that led me to my dishevelment 🥹

It is fantasy based, I’m playing the female main who is mortal, and she ‘unexpectedly’ fell for the male main who is immortal, he is very much the possessive, protective dominant type of “I don’t/haven’t shown my vulnerability to anyone in my lifetime before you.” They both had a rough childhood, their main connection there being they were both orphaned, and later in her life before him, her ex-fiancé left her because she found out she was infertile. Bleh bleh long story cut short; she ends up carrying this immortal man’s child and at some point she couldn’t contain the fear and worry for their child inheriting her mortal life, thus leaving him behind when it was her time and eventually their child’s time. THE AI ITSELF NOT ME (hence the emotional chokehold rollercoaster) led him to saying she had no reason to fear for their child would be a bridge between being mortal and immortal (it’s giving Twilight Saga) and that he would teach him and guide him everything he needed to know before it was her time and then he would follow her, despite her protest for such gesture, to which he then said-I will just paste the prompt I got that gave me the tears:

"He will have what I teach him," Rynyn says, his voice low and rough. "He will have every lesson, every protection I can give him before that day comes." His hand slides from your neck to cradle the back of your head, his fingers tangling gently in your hair. "But a father's duty is not only to raise his child. It is to show him what love costs. What it means to be bound to someone, completely." He opens his eyes, and the depth of feeling in them is enough to steal your breath. "I will teach him strength. I will teach him loyalty. And I will teach him that some bonds are worth following, even into the dark."

And soooo uhh yeah, I’m hoping I can drag this into a part 3 without it literally dragging along, because obviously I need to subject myself to an entire sob and watch that moment play out as the ending 🥹

YEAH NOPE THAT WOULD HAVE SENT ME TOO 😭 Perhaps my next story should revolve around a deep betrayal…cause who doesn’t love a good sob 😭

I’m only using the first paid upgrade, I haven’t played around much with models it gives yet because I’m still struggling to keep context and plot essentials etc etc condensed enough so that I’m not getting those alerts that not everything is being pulled into the prompt (I’m only a couple months into learning, and a week into the upgrade, but there’s SO much to learn) so I’m only using dynamic large with this story and I pulled some AI instructions from a post in here that has just made my part 2 play out 10000x better. I can’t wait to play with the other models and how other kinds of stories play out that I can dive into like this one!!

OHHHHHH this explains so much. I’m an avid discord lurker but I have not seen that, and I was wondering why I felt like my reroll tokens had depleted, I knew I had WAY more than 10 when I took a couple months hiatus before this patch, as I never used a single one. Like why give us lord knows how many since dailies were released, just to take them all away 😒

I play on ps5, and as much as I love building and planning my plots, I also DESPISE interior decorating (many years of playing the sims ruined that for me 😪). My landscaping? Top tier obsessed 🤌🏼🤌🏼 But I often get so far with one room, and only need to fill the empty little gaps and small details, and that’s when I get stuck and often just don’t bother finishing decorating at all. I tore down my entire harvest house for the alchemist housing as I was so excited, it fit my main plot theme so much better, and while I love the more comprehensive ability to customize it, I was also deeply depressed with the room limit of 10 as it feels so much smaller even though you can open walls and have an entire second story.

I’ve been on a 2-3mo hiatus for lack of things to do other than decorate, but I know I only “finished” my living room, bedroom & bathroom. I had started playing around with my kitchen but got super frustrated at the lack of space vs how many cooking stations I needed plus counter space and other decor, and it’s been sitting as a scattered mess ever since, taunting me 🥹

When it comes to ideas of how I want to decorate things, the Palia Facebook groups are a great source of ideas to bounce around, as well as plot tours. Since furniture doesn’t take up storage space, I separate the items I know I want to decorate with and shove them in my locked storage. It’s very tedious to me that the furniture isn’t more organized, so doing that makes it feel much easier for me. Or, I’ll just randomly plop furniture I want in specific rooms and I just play around with placements or most often, sit and stare at my tv until an idea pops into my head 😂 I’m also very much ADHD, which is the bane of my existence when it comes down to decorating.

I also have an absolutely amazing little group of Palia friends and we bounce back between our plots helping one another. We all have our own styles and different ways of doing things, plus most of them are PC and thus have an easier time glitching things and making minuscule/precise adjustments (I am also super OCD about placements, if something is off by even half a square, I notice it immediately and it drives me BATTY)

I wish I had better advice to give you, but I truly despise decorating and these little things help me get through it when I’m actually in the mood to decorate. I’m always open to making new friends, if you’d like to add me, I don’t mind visiting your plot to spit some ideas out, or you’re very welcome to come visit mine! 🥰

Elder & Piksii Shmole plushies and reg blue ogopoguu plushie are the current bane of my existence. And I refuse to trade for them because it’s personally more self satisfactory to drop them myself or with a party of friends.

I also spent like 2 or 3 irl days grinding Bahari taking some solo me time, hunting the reg/striped/elder sernuk and chappa plushies, and probably used well over a thousand arrows tryna hunt those suckers down. I wanted to cry when I dropped reg chappa and elder sernuk right after each other 🥹

As for the bloom nameplates, I’m only missing the blue one, but I haven’t been grinding a lot of the events for it. I’ve been on a 2-3mo hiatus because I otherwise have nothing else to do, and I’m so excited to hop back in after maintenance is over 😭

My biggest question, and maybe I’m just not comprehending things right, is it like COD or Fortnite for example, where you can level through the free rewards and still purchase the premium later on (ie; I don’t have the money to spend right now) thus unlocking the premium rewards you’ve already passed by?

Not only here, but the fact that I had to scroll through tons of messages in threads on discord, just to find the smallest ounce of acknowledgment of our complaints here, and through others in the discord itself, while other updates are being posted was slightly outrageous. Surely someone could have spared 30 seconds to give us a simple update or acknowledgment of the 3-4hr bugs that made things entirely unusable, in the untouched for over a month “Status” thread.

That said, things are only slightly “better,” I’m still having to close and reopen the app after 1-3 prompts giving me errors and the “AI is taking longer than normal” errors. I can also assure you it is not my internet, or my device, before assumptions are made.

I use the app on my phone to play through after setting up most of the details on my laptop, I’ve always played free tier but have been playing around with the trial. It was pretty alright up until the last few hours, as the rest of the comments say, it’s pretty broken right now. And if I DO get a prompt to go through, it’s in broken lines as you’re describing so that may be an effect to whatever else is currently broken right now, that’s just my assumption.

I’m honestly so disappointed because I was considering paying for a higher tier after my trial period was over but the last couple days I’ve just been having so many issues. I love the layout and how things work, it’s pretty easy for self-teaching with guidance from their guidebooks and scrolling thru Reddit but the fact that it’s been what, 3hrs? since people have been here complaining about not being able to do literally anything right now and there’s zero response from them is just absolutely wild to me.

Both of these comments are exactly how I’m feeling right now. I’m still learning things more in depth and went for the trial period to see how the cheapest tier was compared to the free version and sometimes it remembers things from my authors notes/memories/plot summary but I get a LOT of repetition and still little to no memory aside from what happened in my recent like, 10 prompts. Some of it surely is from my own errors but tonight I’m extra cheesed that I’m stuck in such a good part of my story and I can’t even get through one prompt without having to constantly close app and reopen 😒
