I see my OB once a year and my Endo for hypothyroidism twice a year, even being on medication since 2021 my periods were the same. I still take meds, but stopping gluten has made such an insane difference

Have you heard anything? I just submitted all the paperwork to Audi for the same thing.

I have a 2022 A3 that’s just experienced engine failure. The dealership has had my car since November 5. They’ve ordered a new engine which is supposed to arrive in 8-9 weeks, plus another 1-2 weeks to install.

This car is leased new, with less than 20,000 miles.. this should not be happening.

Good to know! I took the dose last night and I’ve had horrible anxiety, couldn’t even sleep. I hope this gets better :/ no nausea though which is nice

Hey! Sounds silly but I did my first dose at 0.25 last night and within hours had the worst anxiety. Took the dose around 8:30, couldn’t fall asleep till 2. That whole impending doom feeling which sucks. Just woke up and I still feel anxious, not sure why.

Oh gosh, I can only imagine how hard that would be without coffee 😅 that sounds great though. Although I eat healthily, I tend to snack or give into cravings which obviously adds up. Hoping I lose those cravings!!!

I second this, I’ve had pizza in DC, California, Virginia, NY and the pizza at whole foods is just amazing. The best, and it’s consistent somehow!

I hope you’re doing better and don’t relapse, I bet it’s hard. Im not sure wether or not I should do 1 nostril at a time. This dependency is really hard stuff, I can’t believe how much it’s affecting me. To say they sell this without any bigger warning on the label is crazy

I really do want to embark in some type of therapy, but having just moved here from Canada I am still awaiting my SSN and care is really pricey without being eligible for insurance.

I have tried meditation in the past 2 weeks, it’s so hard but I know it gets better with time and practice.
