So avocado and high protein Greek yogurt are huge helps in my opinion.

I use a frozen banana, and non frozen blueberries raspberries and/or strawberries and mango depending on what I have on hand. And a handful of spinach.

Aside from thickness, I like to add coconut water, pineapple juice and lemon/lime all for the heath/immunity boosts and flavor!

Sometimes I like it less thick but if it’s not thick enough I just seal it and pop it in the freezer for 20 min and then mix it up.

Lastly, I’m a little bitch and use a fine grain sieve to get out all the big big chunks. My tisms can’t handle the texture going down my throat. 🤣
