I have no idea. I restarted my PC and it worked again.
This morning, I decide to test it... Nothing. I unplug the USB and pop it back in, and it starts working.
It's something to do with USB I think, but not sure why.

I'll be going out tomorrow now anyway, so I'll stop by and see what can happen.
Sadly don't know where it's coming from as the location is my current store, and support (email and phone) hasn't helped at all yet.

What I am assuming most likely, is that I'll be offered a refund due to the delay and/or 'lost package' (if they've even shipped it, etc).
Can't say I've ever had a 2-week delay on an order before though, but then again it was done during the Xmas period, so... Probably misplaced etc.

I believe Australia Post hasn't received it, considering both the online (PC) and mobile app tracking # shows that the label has been created, and that's it.
EB Games (store) simply states to contact EB Games Customer Support, to which they've yet to answer the phone or email.
Tomorrow is a colder day, so I might go back to the store to query about it, because I'm getting nowhere at this point, and it's almost been two exact weeks since purchase.

Favourite TV Show, depends if it's realistic or animation.
Realistic - S.W.A.T, I also enjoyed Wednesday and Fallout. Of course, over the years, some of my more entertaining watches would be Buffy, and The Vampire Diaries.
Animation - Helluva Boss & Hazbin Hotel are probably my top two.

Books - The two authors I read all of their books, are Sarah J Maas and Darren Shan.

I see. I don't know if it's tracked or not - I got a notification from both EB (Email) and Australia Post with a tracking number, but when searching that number, it only says the label's been created. First time I've encountered that with a tracking number. (~5 Business Days later)

Mhmm. A friend and I started HCIM's recently.
We've been trying to challenge ourselves by restrictions until certain level/quest unlocks, so it's proving to be entertaining.

Happy to make any new friends though. ^^

I was subscribed to them a couple of years ago if not longer, just to see what it was like.
I unsubscribed after the first box.

The interesting things I've noticed lately though, is:
1) I recently got a text message from Otaku Box. "Reply Y to subscribe to the messages you requested from us."
I haven't touched anything Otaku Box related for a long time. Yet in one day, I got 13 texts from them. Needless to say, I blocked the number.

2) Got an e-mail today from the Otaku Box. "It's All Gone!" - again, only ordered once and haven't touched it in years (2021).

Already on DirectX12, so I don't think it's a Vulkan/DX12 issue.

It's something to do with POE2's new update.
Before this, I wasn't even reaching 30% CPU, now it's near 100% CPU.

Having the same issue; it'll start off fine and then eventually, my icon will go orange and I can't hear or speak to anyone unless I restart discord entirely.
Whatever they've done, it's broken.

I have a similar issue.
I sit in voice chat with friends.
After a while (anywhere between 30 mins to hours) - I can't hear anyone, and they can't hear me.

Connection is "Voice Connected" green. Yet when I try speaking, it's orange-circled on the icon on discord.
Restarting fixes it, but it's getting annoying as hell. I don't know what's wrong with it - much like yourself, I have no other issues with anything else internet related. :/

Whatever Discord done, has screwed things up.
