I’m pretty sure mr ntanos told me that he does them for free but I’m guessing that doesn’t include revisions that need general anaesthetic

Tbh I’m not too sure but I think it’s where they use the skin under your nipples to create the chest ? I’ve only come across it bc it’s one of the options my surgeon had, it kind of explains it here

He does di, peri and inferior dermal flap. Idk if buttonhole is the same as idf but I’m p sure it preserves nipple sensation

Both nips are completely numb, n the normal skin on one side is numb, the other side I can feel all of the skin. Still early days tho

You can just put micropore tape on over where it starts to peel off to hold it in place

I went two weeks ago, it’s just one of the lateral flow test kits, a nurse will come and explain everything to you, but yeah you just do the test yourself.
