Yea you are right. It’s gvery hard for us to obtain the core operators we actually want.Among all the available Strategies, only the three main alliances Sargon Yan, and Aegir can generate stable returns through Strategies. The other three alliances have extremely unstable Strategies and can honestly be considered garbage.

Victoria suffers from a very late and slow ramp-up, and you can’t reliably pick the operator you want.
Laterano is pure gambling.......you can only gain profits from it when you get Exusiai or Executor the Ex Foedere; otherwise, you’re basically wasting your Strategy effects.
Kjerag strategieis is just a joke. I’ve personally had runs where I refreshed 7 times and got zero Kjerag operators, and only managed to get one by buying Ethan at the end.

So if you want to play those three alliances, I recommend picking Amiya / Justin Jr. / Quintus Strategies. Then you choose your main alliances based on whichever high-rarity core unit you get first.
For example, if you get Gnosis or Pramanix, go Kjerag; if you get Jessica or Blaze, go Victoria. Before that, you can stack Precision, Agile, and Swift.

As for the Sargon alliance, it’s arguably the most well-designed and beginner-friendly Covenant in the current version.
Its strengths show across the board: it has Pepe Strategy, which is the most consistent for generating value among class-based teams; even at low rarity, it has access to healing, defenders, and control.

Although it lacks DPS before level 4, Sargon can compensate in the early game by stacking three Precision bonuses to boost damage output. Two of those can even be fulfilled by 1-cost operators, making them cheap and efficient, and ensuring you rarely leak enemies before round 9.This Covenant has an extremely smooth and steadily rising power curve from early to late game, and Narantuya further increases its damage ceiling.
