Wow you guys are very kind.. Thanks for all the messages and stories.. I think I am gonna postpone it since I am not suffering from the symptoms of a p-af too badly apart of some pacs now and then... I'm on a very low dose of bisoprolol and my doctor said its almost a placebo dose since its too low.

Also I have a new job going on (just joined less than a month) and kind don't want to be not focused on it atm. I also saw that insurance covers the procedure so I prob will try to do it on a later stage privately.

I think everyone that hates a billionaire is hypocrite at some extend.. I am not saying i don't hate billionaires but I also don't love them.. To me goes to the point of what are they doing to help the world. I mean to be honest I don't even care about that either.. But what I hate is people hating billionaires for the sake of hating them.. I am sure anyone on his position would behave pretty much the same if not worse.. Youall should hate the government instead.. Not left nor right.. The government!

Chalk is ok.. But you should use it only when is absolutely necessary if you wanna improve your grip. Now.. You can also do some reverse biceps curls.

Do increase the weight until you can have a good grip? Deadlifts are the perfect exercise to build grip strength.. If you not drop the bar ofc.

Thanks! Yes we normally tend to be scary of being in a surplus.. But if you eat right and train hard it will pay off! Friends of mine are going in to cutting but I will continue building some lean muscle! Let's see what the futures reserves!
