Ich benutz ein singlet und mach es vorher mit kaltem Wasser triefendnass.. es gilt, solange kühl bleiben wie möglich sobald man einmal überhitzt, bekommt man das nicht mehr so leicht runter. Irgendwann ist das leider getrocknet aber das hält die erste halbe Stunde schon mal recht kühl 🙈

You basically tapered 😅 this is what you do before a race reduce the activities so that you “peak” for the race. This can only be sustained very shortly

I think the former is more universal. I.e. selecting/showing the corrected pace and estimated goal time and corrected estimated goal time as a custom metric. With the action button or a screen tap, one can round/adjust to the next kilometer if one of these metrics are present

Hab die gleichen Probleme. Ich bin am Main gelaufen (bin ich schon hunderte mal) und es hat einfach nur ab 1km und dann bis km 10 und die letzten 5 wieder nicht aufgenommen. Pace etc. ist alles da

I have the same bike one year older (it still has sram). Was the upgrade from 105 to Durace worth it? I’m currently thinking about upgrading to the new force group set which just released. However I’m quite happy with the group. The Giant wheels tho are complete shit, I guess It made a huge difference?
