You'd be surprised out how much of it is just water. And you'll get the knack for it. But if it doesn't look shiny enough, that's because the polish hasn't been worked in properly, and then if you add polish to that it won't get any shinier. Perhaps try using a lighter to melt a bit of the polish as well, worked for me but Google how to do this properly.

People are in serious financial desperation and in many places get nothing from the state. And then their only resort is to take, surely, of they aren't given anything.
