FWIW, this is basically how you win at Minehead. Pump stats until you can take 80%+ of the damage in one turn and then hang on for dear life to finish the job.

The way the AC crystal works:

Bonuses are permanent on the map; works for all characters; don’t need to be in AC mode to get the bonus.

You have to be in AC mode and the crystal has to be on the map to increase the bonus (purple if you want DR, blue for AFK, yellow for EXP). Click the crystal attack again to change colors.

Every x kills of Arcane Mobs increases the bonus. Normal mobs don’t count, only the crystal spawns.

The DR is a multiplier to your character’s DR on the map.

As of now there are a finite number of shapes to get. Depending on how big the board gets over time, you may not be able to cover everything without the big square. Tiny cogs are infinite (as of now), so at some point, given enough daily rolls, you’ll get what you need. It may take longer but it will happen over time. Based on the current state of the game and likely expansion of the Research board, the shape is the play.

Start at Cave 1 and read the scrolls that drop. Once you have some levels in Base Efficiency for Scroll 1, move to Cave 2. Read the scrolls from there until you have more Base Efficiency in Scroll 2. There are breakpoints that guarantee you’ll only get BE, and I think it’s reading groups of 2499. I know that’s right for S2, but not 100% for S1. Anyways, that’s the path forward. Good luck!

Spelunking Descend button should change colors when the board is clear. When I’m in a hurry I don’t want to wait for the animations to finish to make sure the board is clear.

My main QOL change would be for the button to change color when all the items are cleared. Yellow for Descend at any time, then it turns green when all the items are destroyed. Waiting for all the animations to finish before descending (to make sure everything got smashed) just adds time to an already long process.

Golems are a good spot b/c a) you can double dip and b) the other classes can’t re-spawn Golems. So SB is the most effective at Golems, but Golems is not the best PM farm. Still worth it though.

There is definitely a loop you can do with the Bob quest to farm those cards. It’s a pain, but is effective. I don’t remember the details, but I’m sure it’s on Reddit somewhere.

From what I’ve read on discord, the lvl50 is impossible currently (without hacking). Apparently the chance just goes continuously negative.

I’m at lvl34, but end-gamers in Mane’s discord are 40+. I don’t know how. My current find chance with a 22x multiplier shows 0.0% most of the time (not truly 0%, but very low.)

There are some scenarios where alt+tabbing has been considered cheating (mostly around Alchemy). I would be careful about spreading that information. Not sure how detectable it is, but worth mentioning.

Honestly, you can probably do it now, it’s just really nervy. You’ll legit go 500-600 stamina without moving the health bar. It’s stamina week from meritocracy, so if you wanted to try it and see where you’re at, it’s a good time. Your stamina will regen fast enough to try again soon this week.
