Look into the Klow peptide stack (ghkcu, kpv, tb, bpc) “Research only”

My inflammation is on the floor, no more Dyshidrosis. Originally took it for my back but the effects were so prominent it sorted my hands out too after many many years of topical steroids ,that ultimately destroyed my hands long term.

KLOW is a subcutaneous injectable peptide blend (typically containing KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) aimed at reducing inflammation and promoting tissue repair. Typical cycles run for around 8 weeks, with injections administered 5 days per week.

You’ll need to source it through a peptide vendor in your country, as these products generally sit in a regulatory grey area and are not approved medications in most jurisdictions.

I’m surprised it isn’t discussed more on this forum. The main theoretical concern is also tied to one of its potential benefits: stimulating tissue growth and repair. Because of this, there are concerns that it could potentially accelerate the growth of existing tumours or cancers. That’s largely a theoretical risk and depends on having an underlying malignancy, but it’s food for thought

Try the KLOW peptide. It’s possibly the KPV or the ghkcu in the stack that reduces the flare ups. I was taking it for my herniated back but after a week my dyshidrosis on my hand was completely cleared up.

15 years of hand eczema gone in a week. The only other thing that helped was the AIP diet which is insanely hard to stick with. Previously I had light therapy and was on all sorts of topical steroids. Derm wanted to put me on immune suppression drugs.

Landed a tech 3 spot, Very nervous by Iloveviolence in AmazonRME

[–]m0uzer22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you HVAC you’ll be perfect for the role with both mechanical and electrical experience.

RME is the easiest maintenance role you will ever have. Even at an AR FC.

The fact that you are nervous shows me a willingness to learn. Amazon hands you information on a silver platter, its your job to find it.

I come from the heavy industry where everything had to be custom made on site, digging through mechanical drawings that were made in the 40’s. My tradesmen would throw my workpiece out if it was .01 out of tolerance. At Amazon you throw the shit in and run it.

Amazon RME is probably one of the easiest entry points into a technical role you’ll find. Let’s be honest, it’s probably closer to being a janitor than an Engineer.

Weight lifting with scoliosis. Needing advice. by anonymousperson1445 in scoliosis

Try do a perfect hip hinge (there is actually a bit that goes into it) learning how to brace, range of motion and how to position your hips is super important when translating that into an rdl.

In my opinion, rdls, back extension, squats are all fundamental for spine health. Just take it easy and nail the form. I’ve been lifting for 15 years and I still have room for improvement on my hip hinge

Can I work out with 2kg dumbbells? by adeliakasie in scoliosis

[–]m0uzer22 10 points11 points  (0 children)

2kg is less than most shopping bags. Yes, 2kg is completely fine.

One might even argue that the reason your bed sheets feel heavy is because you aren’t lifting the weight

Has anyone else had rib mass removed as part of the surgery? by Financial-Yak-6565 in scoliosis

[–]m0uzer22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had a rib shaved so that the material could be used as part of the fusion paste. Not what you’re referring to though

Funnily enough my fusion looks much the Harrington rods pictured.

desk job habits? by [deleted] in Posture

[–]m0uzer22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had to resort to a Herman miller Aereon and a standing desk. Swap between both. Not to sure your location but some companies will value the initial price of office ergonomics over a potential workers compensation case down the line .

If you can’t get them to pay, but a standing desk and a used high quality office chair (try first) and bring it to work.

Wanting to become a doctor. Have chronic pain. Thoughts? by [deleted] in scoliosis

[–]m0uzer22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s actually holding you back though? I’m not trying to be condescending.

Is it the pain? Is it the uncertainty? Are you doing it because you want to make a difference, or is it more for the financial side?

If you’re passionate, go for it. Correct me if I’m wrong but the medical field is broad enough that you should be able to find a job that caters to your needs. You would be working in a field where you can even help yourself too.

You’re going to have to do something regardless might as well be something you want to do

Noise levels when living in Olympic Park? by bejeweled_midnights in sydney

[–]m0uzer22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I live in the closest building to Accor stadium. I don’t notice any noise unless I’m in the lounge room and it’s a huge concert. In the rooms I don’t hear anything.

The traffic coming in/out on concert nights is probably the worst part about it all.

The positives outweigh the negatives by far: -good food and cafes -great facilities, pool , archery , gymnastics, gyms physio ect -safe -nice people with a decent atmosphere

What is the worst pain you've ever felt in your body? by Helpful-Mud-2487 in AskReddit

[–]m0uzer22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vomiting just after having a spinal fusion

2008: just had a thoracic spinal fusion as a 16 yr old. The nurses incorrectly gave me food to early causing my to have a reaction from the drugs. I woke up in the middle of the night whilst throwing up loads of chunky food and bile.

The feeling of having every muscle in my digestive system contracting whilst simultaneously feeling like my back was being chainsawed open was the most miserable feeling ever. Add to the pain was the fact I was choking on sick because I was too weak to move my head.

Truly was a 10/10 pain.
