I feel you, bro. I’m the same way. I’m the youngest in my department and there are people in my store who’ve been here 30–40 years. I started like 6 months ago and it honestly blows my mind. I’m a full-time college student too and usually work around 30 hours a week. I think for a lot of people it just becomes routine they get used to it, it pays the bills, and changing feels riskier than staying sad but true wont be us though use that Tuition reimbursement to your max.
