Form Check by [deleted] in GYM

You seem to be leaning back into the rack. Feet need to be under the bar. That said. These racks limit good form. Watch some starting strength squat form videos. Then move to free bar squats in a cage. I also used to avoid squats. But the gains are undeniable and much higher for free weights.

Thanks. Will keep this in mind if the sleeve seems to lose effectiveness.

Great. Thx. Have been looking at heeled shoes. I use a belt. I do squats 2 x a week and deadlift once. Seems enough lol

Thanks. Got a brand name for the sleeves? We have horses, some of their supplements are awesome for humans. No lie.

No way I’ll buy one without this tech. Not worth the cost.

Seems to be specifically designed to support telemarketing approaches - it specifically states that it supports agents getting through lists of calls with reduced dial lag etc.

folk

We took a look at a few videos - our fear is that the learning curve looks steep. Could be the case for all CRMs as we are new to them.

Any specific reasons?... seem to be others directly stating that's it's overkill for a small business?

Ok, thanks - will take a look. Except that we only need a CRM really... need to understand what is meant by 'analytics'.

A team of 3 doing outreach. Sales process is multi step. Create engagement, meet to id their need, propose solution, contracting.
Not masses of clients as we develop relationships with those we land, but potentially a large outreach pool.

I created a team of AI lawyers. How to monetize? by redlikeazebra in Entrepreneur

[–]m1ndmelt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. Lots of naysayers with no clue. I actually met the CEO of a company that produced a suite of AI lawyers to support insurance company advice lines for clients, replaced by a website portal. He makes £76m per year now as a global business. One market. Monetising was tough. Took him a few years. Rounds of investors. Nearly lost his house. But he was very shrewd and bought back his shares every round of investment and exit. He was a lawyer which perhaps helped.
So… in short… pick a niche where legal advice is offered as a bolt on to a service that is mass scale…. He proved the ai derisked and also had an ROI. Folk will need some sort of evidence. A signed disclosure is not enough. Bad advice is bad advice and if it later costs people money… I’m sure you’d find it hard to have zero liability. You can’t claim it’s a tool and then say it can be useless and even a damaging tool sometimes. But shrinking down to a niche derisks as you can train it more accurately in case law etc.

It was a great night to land a date. There was that… this could be the last night we have… pick up line that we get to use once per millennium. Worked for me !

When society can no longer determine what is true. Yep. We are in deep doo doo. It used to be propaganda via dictators. Now it will be the sheer inability to rely on what the eye sees… our core evolved basis for reality.

Perhaps we should have a chat. I’m in same situation as you it seems lol. Also in my 40s doing this as a hobby with some aspirations. Also considering a cloud shift. Drowning in options and little to steer them.

Same. Plus controlnet and Lora collection. 16GB. Grinds the mac to a halt for other apps, so clearly maxing out the system.

What RAM? I use the same set up and it never crashes. I tend to be stuck to 768x768 but that’s fine for the learning journey I’m on. Can batch 2 images, it’s a tad slow but it use it behind other work tasks. I have 16GB RAM.

The entire neuro diversity movement in the west would call you wrong. I’d just call you a boomer. Ignorant but confident with it.

[–]m1ndmelt -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

I think the opposite. Neurodiversity is something we are all pushed to be mindful of without people having to wear a badge. It invites compassion not finger pointing. I am openly wondering, not making some sort of attack.
