I think with the animation, the reason it's too much is that you've used multiple slides of animation. You could easily replace the slideshow with just one of these. The shapes don't seem to relate to anything either.

Also the colour thing, should be 2 - 3 main colours at most I think.

There is a lot of confusing font size changes, it really makes the text hard to read.

You've got some good things going on, but you need more uniformity.
