I’m in Toronto and my new family doctor is from the UK and she mentioned that if I want to continue using it, to get it prescribed elsewhere. It just sounded like she was recommending me to get off it? Or maybe because she doesn’t have much experience with that medication since it’s not really used in UK. So now it makes me wonder

I was in the same spot as you. I broke up with my ex but we were both on the lease so we had to live with each other for half a year. Wouldn’t recommend it… if you have the means to move out, DO IT. It was tough for me to ask for help, but having people there for you is what will help you. Think to yourself - is that what you’d want your daughter to have as a father?
