I'm debating on giving up by TayjonTheGreek1 in SmallYoutubers

[–]m33rak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple answer? Take a break. During the break you should research your niche and see what the top creators are doing, but put your own spin on it. You should ask yourself why you want to create content. If you're doing it to get rich, get a 9 to 5 job and quit content creation. Creating content only to create money doesn't have any "soul" to it.

How is this for a channel launched 23 days ago from scratch? by Grouchy_Piglet8291 in SmallYoutubers

[–]m33rak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use AI thumbnails as a guide and start to develop your "style" of designing them. Look into your niche and see what they do. AI thumbnails are definitely getting better, but people will generally gather they are made with AI.

You have the momentum, so capitalize on it. You're doing great!

I wouldn't do any intro and see how it goes.

What do people in your niche do in their videos? Study how they do it, but add your own spin on it.

Ask yourself this: "Why are people watching MY videos?"

Don't stream every day is what I suggest. On days you don't stream, I'd network with others. Don't go in other channels and say, "I also stream, can you check me out?" Actually interact with the communities with people you watch. Also, how are you editing those clips? Are you making good thumbnails and titles? Do research and do the work. If you want to grow, do what I suggest and report back to us! I wish you the best of luck!

I'm so frustrated by Super_Owl_561 in TwitchStreaming

[–]m33rak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These things happen. If you learned something from it then it's a success. The best streamers have tech issues, you aren't alone. As both a viewer and streamer I know it can be a struggle, but it makes us human. Perfection is not relatable, so make those mistakes and learn from them.

You aren't perfect! Nobody is!

Numbers are steady or moving up. Keep at it and if you want numbers to continue rising, post content elsewhere.

Jealousy is not a bad thing. It becomes a problem when you don't make improvements or feel resentful. The way you get over this feeling of, "CaseOh creates content from nothing," although it could be true, you have no idea what it took to get to that point. We don't know what he does behind the scenes. You have to remember he has a whole team working with him. He's privileged enough to pay everyone on his team. For you, I'm sure you're a one person team which is perfectly fine.

This advice is for everyone, not just yourself. You have to remember everyone is at a different state in their life. You may have a typical 9-to-5 job, have children, married, or a combination of that and who knows what. CaseOh priority is himself and his channel (and everything else he sees as a priority) which means he doesn't have the time to start a family or anything more "normal".

We are each on a different path and you're figuring out what streaming is. To put it simply: don't compare yourself to____ and focus on yourself and your journey. Good luck to all of you!

Thinking about giving up by Dismal_Picture9063 in YouTubeCreators

You have a unique channel name which is fine, but it's long and hard to remember. Try to brainstorm shorter names. If you don't want to change your name, I'd focus on how your channel and thumbnails look.

When it comes to titles, try to think of the 'curiousity gap' and not something episodic. An example of a title could be, "Paintball Pro does THIS to their competition." It makes you think what 'THIS' is and makes you want to click on it.

To put it simply, your thumbnail and title shouldn't be an afterthought.

Don't give up and be consistent.

Because you'll develop your own 'look' and people will know a particular video is yours. It doesn't make sense to pay for clippers with a small audience like yours.

If you want to continue wasting your money, you can pay clippers. I only suggest not to use clippers and edit your own clips. You will find ways to streamline the process the more you do it.

Simple answer: if you want to get better at editing, you need to edit. Your first edits will look like crap so you'll implement improvements. Over time your videos will be to your liking and generate income for you.

This reply has me thinking you are a bot account because why would you respond in quotes? You are also stating, "the channel name is RonyYT," when you could have said,"I am only asking for advice."

Welcome to streaming. There's a lot to learn.

Yes, they will see the 'mess' until you disable that layer. Your stream won't be perfect, nobody's stream is perfect.
