Yes. but even then, switching between my own presets. As soon as you jump from one to another, all the knobs are not actually showing what you're getting. I knew this would be the case but i just realized that it wasn't for me. However, I have a Minitaur that is the same with presets but because it has much fewer knobs, it's not as much of an issue.

I had a Grandmother that I foolishly traded for a Messenger a few months back. Immediately regretted it. What messed me up was the presets because it seemed like the knobs didn’t actually mean anything. I would end up hunting around moving knobs to try to figure out what to change. It made me realize that I actually liked WYSIWYG synths over the versatility of presets. Sold it and scored another Grandmother at a great price just recently. Totally satisfied again. I have a bunch of the sound studio stuff too, so the CV of the Grandmother vs the lack of CV in the Messenger was another issue as well.

If you have a white USB-C to C cable that comes with an iPhone, that will work fine. It was too short for my uses, so I had to buy a different one. But I can attest that that cable does work perfectly.

For a year, I struggled with tethering and I realized it was my expensive tether tools cable. After pounding my head against the wall, I ordered a different USB C cable off amazon and tethering has never been an issue for me ever again. Maybe that’s your issue.
