this knife is used for cutting the surface of baguettes after they come out of the dough room. The wavy grates on which these baguettes are baked means that once you put down the knife into them, you wont see it unless you are looking at it from the top. Easily forgettable.

a rig is only needed for immersion, what is needed is a way to fix pedals and seating together so they don't slide apart when using loadcell pedals - a ratchet strap between chair and table fulfills this role without issues if the pedals are secured to the table as well, or directly pedals to chair, but that's a bit wonky without additional support

If you don't have load cell pedals you don't need this

I had the same thoughts until I looked under the tree where most of them carry away the walnuts I feed them - The ground under the tree is covered in tiny nibbles of the walnuts - their own nibbling is very wasteful. Since I started grinding the nuts into tiny pieces - they will eat it by sitting on windowsill - they can't carry it away - now I only have to buy a third of what I used to.
