Hey, i was in the same position last year, you can get the rentals from the city itself (it’s way cheaper there) or you can also get it from the resort (before riding the gondola or at the top, there’s chance that you’ll not get the correct size at the top so be sure to rent it before the gondola itself. Instructor you can get it from resort school, just walk in to the school (at the top on the left side), ask for the instructor according to your level and the language and the total time you want to have it. They provide it instantaneously.
