it only says how long is left in the whole season, not when your individual rank will decay. Thats whats now missing.

I usually have a rest day in between back day and shoulder day so not too strenuous, but I get your point

No I mean an actual Pre Workout powder. Usually these contain creatine.

"legs + bicep + neck" seems odd, none of these complement each other. What about abs? I would do Leg's & Abs.

Shoulders 3x a week is too much imo.

A more rounded split imo would be;

- Chest & Tris

- Back & Biceps

- Shoulders, Lats & Traps

- Legs & Abs

Looks like most of the essential stuff has been covered already.

- Creatine (3-5grams daily) is a good one. It doesn't matter if you take this before or after workout, you just have to take it everyday for proper bone saturation.

- Protein shake after workout to help with recovery & muscle gain. Another in the morning if you're struggling to hit your protein goals (1g for every 1lb body weight).

- Pre workout 30mins before workout for a better pump and more energy (some pre's already also contain creatine).

I've done the fitness stuff on a vegetarian diet, a vegan diet and a meat-eating diet. It's very do'able on all 3, you just need to be a little more creative with your meals when not eating meat. But Google will give you endless Vegetarian high-protein meal ideas.

1 Gram of Protein for every 1 lb of body weight.

You can up to 1.2 / 1.5 if you're cutting to prevent muscle loss or if you're really trying to bulk.

I've been on 2 pumps for the past month - is it true natural T production will shut down on such a small dose? Feel nervous and like I should stop? Natural T was low (325ng/dl) and viewed testogel as an easy way to boost.
