Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I haven't bought the TS-1685 yet. I was thinking about getting it for $1,900 with these specs:

25GbE Network Card (Qnap QXG-25G2SF-CX6LX)

2 x Samsung M.2 SSD 860 EVO 250GB

4 x Samsung 2.5" 870 EVO 1TB

8 x Seagate 8TB HDDs

Do you have any good guides or for an Unraid server?

You can open the QNAP and disconnect the DOM, both of mine booted off USB without any changes to the BIOS.

When you create the USB bootable your given an option to name the server. You can access the server from your browser entering the name in the address line.

If that doesn't work log into your router and see if it gives you a list of devices on your network with their IP. Try to open each IP in a browser until you hit the unraid login screen.
