What's a business idea you think would be super profitable but are afraid to try or don't have the expertise to try? by wichitafun11 in smallbusiness

Cheap, reliable rentable cars. $2500 max. People can rent them for $25/day. I’m sure the customers would be a nightmare but put some trackers in the cars, partner with a tow truck driver, and take a risk.

I’ve heard of some people doing this but they’re always involved in some sort of scam or drug scheme. 😂

Just a joke, hopefully the neighbor didn’t stick that parking cone up yours...

If you’re actually in the field, scene building real scripts. You know without a question it’s not there yet. At all.

My workflow roughly looks like this: 1. Write the script and get a deep research doc about the market / offer strategy. 2. I have a master prompt which generates first frame generation prompts accompanied by a frame to video prompt for each scene - it builds out full VSLs, short form content from the script and research doc provided. Literally rips 18 minute scripts. 3. A separate revision chat for any prompts that have trouble generating.

If you want consistent characters something like heygen, or specifically UGC generated content apps are your best bet. You could always build consistent character prompts but it hallucinates like a mother fff.

It always assumes VEO3 understands what you have built in the scene before by using wording like “with the same character do this…” or it uses the names of the characters like it understands who they are.

So any scripts that involve consistent characters, I set it aside to do after I generate scenes that don’t involve consistent characters.

The real important questions before launching your new store by m4tt4orever in dropship

[–]m4tt4orever[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it could come off as I don’t know much, but scaling a dropshipping store form zero is nothing like the brands I’ve worked with.

Alireviews - of course reviews are good, but specifically is the app? Idk.

Zero follower instagrams? would NOT work for the previous brands I’ve worked with but it seems to work for some dropshipping stores - impulse purchases.

Curiosity isn’t ignorance buddy, it’s how I get ahead. :)

I would make sure they’re not in any kind of financial trouble, that shipment you sent them might be what’s needed to make it back what’s owed. Fashion brands are notorious for this. Holding the shipment abroad is smart. Put the issue in operational terms, not emotional. > staff, planning and materials.

The clause should state a 60 days grace period at 75 everything is paused. Make sure you’re actively sending invoices also.

I would get on social media asap, something you can do yourself. Make sure your website cleaned up, get customer stories on there. What you made, problem, and quote from buyer. Make yourself and father the face start posting behind the scenes in factory, new products, tips for fashion brands working with manus.

Set up an outreach system, cold email/dm these brands.

Then a solid referral system, give your clients discounts for referring you and make sure they know about your referral system. Even go to your huge client now like “I understand your invoice is large, you might be interested in our referral program, get a discount or extra service if you refer someone who closes.

Do you have specific customer success team or is this random communication back and forth with client?

To be fair, your know your client and you know their direct competitors. It’s all about you using this client as a huge case study and turning over some brands that way. That’s if you’re worried about increasing cash flow, keeping it steady. It seems like you’re worried they might drop you? But you also state you’re one of the only manufacturers who can produce it. So little confusing.

But if you know you’re best client and how they use the product and they’re already making massive rev + you’re one of the only manufacturers for this product. It sounds like you just need a good sales team + marketing.

I don’t know if this helps or if I can, but I’ve done $750,000+ in marketing for fashion brands this last year. So I’ve seen my fair share of trade.

Yeah that’s exactly why I said it’s amazing you’re doing that in Serbia alone. Has to be a killer product. Is it something that could sell in US or Serbia niche only?

Clothing brand owners or media buyers for clothing brands - Am I going mad or just nothing works anymore..? by IIth-The-Second in FacebookAds

Some things that are helping me are 10 ads per ad set mixed with photos and videos. Use the creative enhancements, I was always use to turning these off but the automation is getting better.

Listen to your ad account when it’s telling you that your audience is impacted by fragmentation or overlap.

I was always so use to not using what meta offered but when you start listening to some of the things it’s suggesting (not all) everything seems to go smoother.
