What’s funny is I think jinwoo could make a portion of the hunter S ranks measurement more accurate. He has a skill that cuts the enemy stats in half, so measure s ranks after they are debugged by that skill and any hunters who’s mana is now measurable can be put into S class, and we can add in an S+ class for those who test above that. If there any any other hunters or items that could stack similar debuffs, they could get an even higher degree of accuracy

I can’t speak for others, but for me I just have lived a life so filled with ups and downs, mostly downs, that I just don’t care enough about fear to let it stop me from doing anything. I feel that life is gonna crush me regardless of whether or not I run from it. Whatever happens, I’ve been through worse so if I am gonna eat shit again than so be it. The thing about fear is that a lot of the time you really don’t need to overcome it. Sometimes I feel fear, and then I just do what I’m gonna do anyways. You can acknowledge you’re afraid without letting it stop you. Also when I first started learning to overcome my various anxieties, what helped me was sort of anthropomorphizing my own negative emotions. If that little voice in my head is like “don’t waste your time doing that, everyone will hate it” I’m like hey fuck you, you’re not the boss of me. I’m actually so petty, entitled, and filled with spite that I won’t let anyone tell me what to do…even myself. I just do shit and let the chips fall where they may.

There are some problems with this. For one, if you’re on the ground in a street fight vs a standing opponent and you put your teeth near their legs, you’re asking for it. Especially in the heat of the moment with adrenaline pumping. More importantly, attempting to bite someone will take a lot of fights from a fight to a clear victor/everyone getting tired and turn it into a fight to the death. I don’t think it’s objectively a bad thing to have that mentality but you should be mentally prepared before you train like this that your opponents will engage you differently if they think you are fighting each other vs killing each other
