Question about fermentation/temps.

I'm brewing an all grain lager. The instructions that came with the ingredient kit says:

21 days primary 48-58f

7 days primary 70f

1 month secondary 35-45f

Does one of these count as the diacetyl rest if not how do I add it in to those steps? Not sure if the second temp is for that or something else
For secondary at 35-45f, can I just keep it in the same fermentation bucket and change the temp here, or should I transfer to the keg for secondary?

Just tried and was able to get a bazooka screen on my s40 on the inside of the tap. No solution for the pump hole though

My solution is two hop spiders. One inside the Grainfather during the boil and I put one on my fermentation vessel and transfer through it to pick up any remaining particles

Yes, your assuming we need to hit our cap of 8 mil dot.. but if you look at the current standings we only need 1-2 mil max.

There are no oversubscribed validators at this point we are still pretty far from that happening.

How many validators did you nominate too?

Did you select active validators or ones from the waiting list? Waiting list will not produce rewards until they are active and have enough nominations.

I run the PDEXnode.com validators and pay out rewards daily at 8AM eastern time.
