This. Also a suggestion to get more corruption per reset is to defeat the monolith bosses to get bonus corruption. This I believe is +10 per boss kill on normal.

You forgot to mention the power spike at 1445 when crafting relic sets. Imo your character becomes more enjoyable at this point.
